From one hunter to another... Many of us don't get the
opportunity to harvest a big mature buck every season.
In some areas bucks are lucky to make it to 2-1/2 years of
age, let alone live to see 5 or 6. A nice 130-inch rack may be
a trophy of a lifetime for some. Often these trophies end up
nailed to a wall in a garage or machine shed. I wanted to
create a design that my wife would approve of enough to let me
display my racks in the house.
Those kits you buy at your local sporting good stores are not
the answer. I've found they are just poor quality and it shows
in the end result. I built these designs with every hunter in
mind. They are perfect for a youngster's first buck or for the
hunter that doesn't want to spend $400 to $500 on a head
mount.
I incorporated the photo option into the design, because let's
face it, our most prized possessions - after the rack of our
trophy - are the photos from that awesome day.
The
